KY02111 promotes differentiation of hPSCs to cardiomyocytes by inhibiting Wnt signaling, may act downstream of APC and GSK3β. KY02111 promotes differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) to cardiomyocytes by inhibiting WNT signaling in hPSCs in a manner that is distinct from that of previously studied WNT inhibitors. The substantial (98%) differentiation of hPSCs to cardiomyocytes with KY02111 is achieved in xeno-free and cytokine-free conditions.
