    Raltitrexed is a thymidylate synthase inhibitor with an IC50 of 9 nM for the inhibition of L1210 cell growth. Raltitrexed is a folate-based inhibitor of thymidylate synthase (TS) that is rapidly and extensively metabolized to its more potent polyglutamate derivatives. Raltitrexed is an inhibitor of DHFR.
