KT-333 ammonium is a molecular glue that degrades STAT3 protein. KT-333 ammonium binds to STAT3 protein and the E3 ubiquitin ligase von Hippel-Lindau protein (VHL), utilizing the ubiquitin-proteasome system to mediate the selective degradation of STAT3. KT-333 ammonium exhibits strong selectivity for the degradation of STAT3 protein and good anti-tumor activity. KT-333 ammonium can be used in the research of hematological malignancies such as large granular lymphocyte leukemia (LGL-L), peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL), and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL).
